Urban Strategy Group performs government and community relations services for Camden Living, one of the largest publicly traded multifamily companies in the United States. USG’s efforts were instrumental in the approval of the Hybrid Industrial Live/Work Zone ordinance, which will establish a new zoning tool developed by the Department of City Planning to implement development policies throughout the City of Los Angeles. USG is engaged in securing community support for Camden’s proposed 360 mixed-use unit development project in the Arts District area of Downtown Los Angeles. It has been our knowledge and outreach experience in working with key stakeholders in the Arts District area that has helped move the project forward.
