Bow Tie Project

Urban Strategy Group provides government and community relations to Pan Am Equities, one of the country’s premier real estate development and property management companies.  USG is currently engaging the local community and Los Angeles River organizations to garner support for the Bow Tie development, a mix-use project located next to the Los Angeles River.

Located next to the 2 Freeway and the Los Angeles River, the Bow Tie Project will be a gateway to 18 acres of green space along the river.  The approximately 5.7-acre site most recently used for warehouse, office, and light manufacturing uses, seeks to construct five new buildings with 419 residential units.  The development proposes to have 35 Very Low Income affordable units, 39,600 square feet of commercial space, and 9,900 square feet of retail and/or restaurant uses.
